Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, the majority of our products are eligible for bulk pricing. Visit a product’s page to view bulk pricing details.

Bulk pricing is only available for quantities of a single customized product (one product with one design).

Is there a minimum order size?

No, you can order as little as one personalized wine bottle. A few exceptions apply: mini wine bottles are sold in cases of 24, wine labels are sold in sheets of 12, and some products are sold in sets.

Can I change the engraving after the order has been placed?

As soon as your order is processed it will enter into production, so please call us immediately if you need to make any changes, as there will be an additional fee to change designs that have already been produced.

For this reason we ask you to double check your label or engraving designs for spelling, date or other mistakes.

Are there exclusions to bulk discounts and promotional offers?

Yes, not all products are eligible for promotional offers (you can find this information, along with the bulk purchasing discounts, listed on each product page).

Additionally, discounts do not stack on top of each other. We automatically calculate the best discount available between applicable promotional and bulk discounts and apply it to each item in your cart.

We reserve the right to modify any of promotional offers at any time. All promotional offers expire and become ineligible as soon as they expire.

Shipping

Can you ship wine to my state?

Depends on the winery.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed after 2 a.m. will be processed the following business day. After processing the delivery times are as follows.

Can packages be left at the door?

No, all packages containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult 21 or older. If you are concerned that someone will not be available to accept the package, we recommend shipping to a business address to ensure a smooth delivery.

Additionally, packages can not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Our shipping providers will attempt to delivery the package three times before itis returned. Any packages that need to be reshipped out will incur additionalshipping charges.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we offer an individual shipping service that makes it easy to send gifts to an entire list of people. Submit a single order along with a spreadsheet of addresses and we’ll do all the rest!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs varies by destination; to get an exact quote, build your cart and proceed to the delivery step of the checkout. The price covers the safe, secure delivery of your wine to its destination. This includes:

  • Secure, insulated packaging that ensures your wine arrives in great condition
  • Adult signature verification that ensures your wine is enjoyed responsibly
  • Tissue paper wrapping (or cellophane bags on mini bottles) that protects your wine and creates a nice presentation

Miscellaneous

Will my product look exactly like my virtual proof

The virtual proof of your customized product we provide is a computer rendered image. We handcraft your finished product by hand, so slight variations in sizing and coloring may occur.

Outside of that, the final design you submit is what we will produce. Please double check your label or engraving designs for spelling and date errors.

Can I purchase wine labels without the wine?

Yes, we sell wine bottle labels in quantities of twelve and in a few different sizes. You can find our wine labels along with more information here.
